Fairland Contractors – Delivering fast-track building services since 1990
Jim Sutherland established Fairland Contractors in 1990. Over the past three decades, the company has grown significantly. As a result, we are currently one of the country’s leading specialists in public house, hotel, shop and leisure refurbishments.
Fairland Contractors has honed a strong blueprint for refurbishment work and property development. We now apply our expertise across various sectors, including education.
While Jim and his partner Louise remain active within the business, the company’s day-to-day running lies with Justin Horne, Managing Director. Most of our team has been working with the company for many years, and it’s this experience and longevity that helps us stand out from the crowd!
The company’s head office in Rickmansworth provides excellent links to London and the South East, where many of Fairland Contractor’s projects are based. In any one year, Fairland will complete over 250 projects nationwide, ranging from £10,000 ‘sparkle’ projects to £2 million property developments.
Fairland also carries out fit-out refurbishments for smaller independent clients.
