Carol Jarvis
Buyer

Carole is our patient and very busy buyer. Jim and Louise have known Carole for over twenty years, and when she was made redundant from one of Fairland’s suppliers a few years ago, we knew she’d be the perfect person to join our team. She excels at keeping everyone in the loop and works efficiently in our fast-paced office environment.
Carole’s role is instrumental in the success of our client’s projects. She sources your materials and makes sure those materials are where they need to be at the right time.
Out of work Carole is a doting grandma and enjoys spending time with her grandson, gardening and walking.
Jackson Johnson
Buyer

Jackson joined our buying department with a great deal of experience from previous roles.
He has worked for over six years in procurement for different construction companies. He enjoys the fast-paced and busy work environment that comes with purchasing and dealing with varied daily requests.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Jackson in the gym, on the football field, enjoying a spot of fishing or socialising with friends.
Jeff Daniels
Hire, Fleet Co-ordination and Administration

Jeff knows Fairland inside out; he worked with us as a driver from the year 2000 for many years. This year we coaxed him back into the Fairland fold to take care of numerous and varied administration roles, from tool hire to health and safety. Jeff will tell you that it’s the variety that he loves most about his job.
Out of work, Jeff’s a bit of a DIY fiend, and he also takes time to look after his Mum.
ACCOUNTS
Kim Payne
Accounts Manager

Kim has been part of the Fairland team for fourteen years. You’ll find her eagle-eyes poring over the finances. She deals with all aspects of the company accounts, including, payroll, sales ledger, payments and invoices. Kim also makes a mean cuppa! Kim thinks the best part of working within the Fairland team is the camaraderie, she says, “We work hard, but have fun.”
When Kim isn’t at work, you might find her babysitting… She’s a happy granny of four grandchildren. She enjoys walking and reading and is a keen Arsenal fan. She might also swap the tea for a glass of wine (or two) at the weekend.
Jo Glennon
Accounts Assistant

Jo joined the Fairland accounts team early in 2020. She spends her time concentrating on the numbers, ensuring that payroll, sales invoicing and payment runs all happen when they should. Jo enjoys the varied and fast-paced work at Fairland and is a real asset to our business.
When Jo isn’t at work you’ll find her spending family time with her three boys and partner. She enjoys socialising with friends & family and is a bit of a movie buff!
ADMINISTRATION
Tracey Burton
Client Administrator

At the end of last year (December 2021), Tracey became part of the Fairland team. She brings with her a wealth of experience in administration, accounts and credit control.
Within her day to day role at Fairland, Tracey is responsible for controlling our client’s purchase orders from conception to completion. She chases and checks all valuations have been received, implementing trackers for each client. In short, she makes sure everything is where it should be, when it should be! She loves the team spirit at Fairland and the variety of work that comes with her busy role.
Tracey’s stand out superpower is organisation, something she uses not just at work but also as a busy Mum of three. When she’s not running the kids around to their various activities, she likes to socialise with friends and family and enjoys the great outdoors. You might find her camping, walking or cycling. She also started running again recently, although she confesses it’s a slow run.. Well, more of a jog!
Jennie Huggett
Post Contract Support

Jennie has the important role of supporting our clients after completion of their projects and works.
She’s the point of contact for any snagging issues; and will liaise with you to arrange dates for any required fixes, always working hard to meet your time frames.
Jennie loves the day-to-day job of dealing with our clients, ensuring they are happy and bringing satisfactory closure to any outstanding works.
We’re proud to say that our work is of such a high standard; we also need to fill Jennie’s time with other support roles. So, she provides invaluable assistance to our Contract Managers with any administration, from sourcing contractors to preparing O & M Manuals.
Jennie spends time with her four grandchildren and her four-legged fur baby outside of work. In between, she enjoys holidaying with her husband of 30 years.
