Importantly, we carry out many education building refurbishment projects during school holidays. However, if your job is urgent and needs to be completed in term time, we can still help. Above all, we’ll work with you to ensure the minimum impact on your pupils and staff. So, if this means working night shifts that’s what we’ll do.
There is a whole host of refurbishments we can help you with. For example, we can add classrooms or facilities to an existing building; upgrade common areas, or fit-out services for a brand new building. We have the skills and suppliers to ensure your project is a success.
You will be appointed a Contract Manager as your point of contact. At Fairland, we are a small family-run company with very low staff turnover. Most of our crew have worked with us for many years. Similarly, we have a close relationship and partnership agreement with many of our sub-contractors.
