We undertake all aspects of education building refurbishment and development; so, we work with schools, academies, nurseries and colleges.
Schools, colleges and universities need to adapt frequently. Adjustments may be required to meet growing student numbers or changes in educational policy. So, we help state and independent education facilities change learning environments as needed.
Your Project – Our Services & Skills:
Education Building Refurbishment – How We Help:
Importantly, we carry out many education building refurbishment projects during school holidays. However, if your job is urgent and needs to be completed in term time, we can still help. Above all, we’ll work with you to ensure the minimum impact on your pupils and staff. So, if this means working night shifts that’s what we’ll do.
There is a whole host of refurbishments we can help you with. For example, we can add classrooms or facilities to an existing building; upgrade common areas, or fit-out services for a brand new building. We have the skills and suppliers to ensure your project is a success.
You will be appointed a Contract Manager as your point of contact. At Fairland, we are a small family-run company with very low staff turnover. Most of our crew have worked with us for many years. Similarly, we have a close relationship and partnership agreement with many of our sub-contractors.
What our clients say:
We couldn’t be happier for the work that Fairland have done for us at our school. Our new Garden Café and hall refurb look fantastic with children, parents and staff being very impressed.
The lads couldn’t have done more during a difficult time due to Covid. All the team took the time to understand the needs of our students on the autism spectrum and ensured minimum intrusion and genuine consideration for their return to school after the holidays.
Thanks to Andy for giving us time to show and share his knowledge to our BTEC construction students, to Jamie, Ian, Glen and all the team for all the work. Thank you. Look forward to the next phases.
