Yes. We love to carry out fit-out refurbishments for smaller independent clients.
What sort of budget do I need to work with Fairland Contractors?
We complete refurbishments with budgets ranging from £10,000 ‘sparkle’ projects right through to £2 million refits.
What areas does Fairland Contractors operate within?
Our head office is based in Rickmansworth. Consequently, much of our business is in and around the Greater London area. That said, we travel to projects nationwide.
What are the primary services you offer?
We undertake a variety of projects from building refurbishments to new build development. They may be major renovations that take place over several months or fast-track updates to facilities in existing buildings. We work on specialist projects including exclusive self-build residential property development and complete new builds. Our services cover all areas of construction from initial groundworks to installing finishing bric-a-brac.
Can Fairland Contractors offer Design and Refurbishment Packages?
We have an in-house designer who has worked extensively with many high street names. So, we can provide a full package. Alternatively, we can execute plans provided by your chosen designer.
