We’ve worked in the field of hospitality and leisure refurbishment for over three decades.
We work with pubs, cafes, bars, restaurants, hotels, leisure centres and indoor entertainment venues. We are proud to help all our clients improve their trading environment, both inside and outside, working alongside some of the very best designers in the business.
Our clients include EI Group (now Stonegate), Mitchells and Butlers, Brunning and Price, Fullers and Bella Italia, to name just a few. We also work with many smaller independent clients. We complete refurbishments with budgets ranging from £10,000 ‘sparkle’ projects right through to £2 million refits.
Hospitality Refurbishment – How it helps your bottom line:
When it comes to the hospitality industry, keeping your customers happy is the key to a sustainable and profitable business. While aesthetics and decor play a part in this, so too does refining the functionality of your service areas and kitchens, so your customers have a satisfying experience.
A hospitality refurbishment can take many forms. We help our clients improve their internal and external environments. We can offer full refits of service areas, function rooms, banqueting suites, kitchen and working areas and bathrooms. Or, smaller projects may involve partial refurbishments.
Additionally, we are able to offer refurbishment for outside spaces. These spaces have become a vital extra trading area throughout the hospitality sector, and are likely to become even more important in a post-COVID-19 trading environment.
How Fairland Contractors worked with Oakman Inns
On November 1st 2015 The Kings Arms, Berkhamsted closed its doors for a six day refurbishment. More than just a clean and lick of paint, this work was a complete transformation of the bar and restaurant, kitchen, function room and hotel rooms and the icing on the cake is the installation of a brand new wood-fire oven!
