All Bar One Location: Leicester Square Fairland were very pleased to be part of the rejuvenation of Leicester Square in late 2016. We worked as the main contractor for Mitchells and Butlers flagship branch of the upmarket chain All Bar One. Split over two floors and featuring two cocktail bars as well as an espresso coffee bar this beautiful establishment offers a perfect viewpoint to watch the hustle and bustle of Leicester Square. Taking approximately three months to complete the project came in on budget at around £800,000.
