Star of the East Location: Commercial Road, E14 The Star of the East is a very exciting project we carried out at the beginning of 2019. Sitting in a bustling stretch of the Commercial Road this was an area badly in need of a good pub serving excellent food. Sadly neglected for many years, The Star of the East is a charming listed pub. We’re proud to have helped to give it a fantastic new lease of life. We were able to bring period features to life. There’s a lovely little garden at the back. The pub also boasts a beautiful private dining room on the first floor, with views over Canary Wharf. We worked with Old Spot Pub Company and EI group. This pub has attracted a lot of attention and is already proving to be a big hit with locals.
